Our company founders, Lincoln Yee and Allan Lam, have generations of Asian food experience. Their families have roots that stretch as far back to the 1880’s as early Chinese American immigrants. Their forefathers instilled a passion for creating great food and commitment to excellence in producing quality products.

We offer a cutting-edge authentic Asian cuisine with an emphasis on nutrition, quality ingredients and that are individually quick frozen (IQF) for maximum freshness. All of our products are made to "Heat and Serve," have zero Trans fat per serving and no added MSG. Our products are fully cooked with high quality proteins and custom blended sauces.
